Next up, the Gators battle the Lago Vista Vikings (Lago Vista, TX) in a 4A Region III District 24 match, on Tuesday, October 24. Gateway College Preparatory will attempt to better on its 22-12 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 11-24 record after their 3-2 league win over Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX).

With the loss, Burnet drops to 24-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Jarrell (Jarrell, TX) to battle the Cougars in a 4A Region III District 24 match on Tuesday, October 24.
