Texas High School Volleyball - Cumby nudged by Como-Pickton

The Como-Pickton Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Cumby Trojans to 2 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 26-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Hopkins for a 2A Region II District 12 game on Tuesday, October 24. Como-Pickton will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Alba-Golden (Alba, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 29-7.
The Trojans (5-27) will now prepare for their game against Boles (Quinlan, TX). The Hornets enter the 2A Region II District 12 game with a 2-17 record.
