The Kenedy Lions volleyball team (Kenedy, TX), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX)

The Bobcats (31-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodsboro (Woodsboro, TX). The Eagles come into the 2A Region IV District 28 challenge with a 6-14 record. In their last challenge, Woodsboro defeated Refugio (Refugio, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions encounter the Yorktown Wildcats (Yorktown, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 28 challenge, on Tuesday, October 24. Kenedy will attempt to move on its 6-19 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 13-23 record after their 3-0 league win over Bloomington (Bloomington, TX).
