In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Jamestown Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Bruton Panthers.

The Eagles (13-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Grafton (Yorktown, VA). The Clippers come into the non-league outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Grafton lost by Tabb (Yorktown, VA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Bruton drops to 5-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host New Kent (New Kent, VA) to play the Trojans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 21. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 16-0. New Kent won 2-0 in their recent league outing against York (Yorktown, VA)
