The Atkins Camels triumphed over the visiting North Davidson Black Knights soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Monday's league bout.

The Camels now hold a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Mount Tabor for a Piedmont Triad 5A/6A bout on Wednesday, October 22. Atkins will play a Spartans squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 14-4.

With the loss, North Davidson moves to 3-14 on the year. The Black knights host North Forsyth (Winston-Salem, NC) to face the Vikings in a Piedmont Triad 5A/6A game on Wednesday, October 22. The Vikings enter the game with a record of 9-6. North Forsyth lost 5-0 in their recent league challenge against Glenn (Kernersville, NC)
