The West Bladen Knights soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host South Columbus Stallions to 1 in the Knights league victory on Monday.

The Knights now hold a 6-9 record. They play next when they host South Brunswick for a Southeastern 3A/4A/5A bout on Tuesday, October 21. West Bladen will face a Cougars team coming off a 7-1 league win over South Columbus (Tabor City, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 9-7.

The Stallions (1-15) will now prepare for their game against Whiteville (Whiteville, NC). The Wolfpack enter the Southeastern 3A/4A/5A game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Whiteville was nipped by Red Springs (Red Springs, NC), 2-1, in a league game.
