With the win, Floyd Central advances its record to 14-12 on the season. The Jaguars host Betsy Layne (Betsy Layne, KY) to face the Bobcats in a District 58 test on Tuesday, October 21. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 19-14. Betsy Layne won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY)

With the loss, Lawrence County drops to 9-16 on the campaign.
