The crowd at Friday's league test between the Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT) and the visiting Montville Indians (Oakdale, CT), saw Griswold's soccer squad get by Montville by a count of 2-1.

The Wolverines now hold a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lyman Memorial for a Eastern Connecticut III test on Saturday, October 22. Griswold will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-8.

With the loss, Montville drops to 7-5 on the season. The Indians host Windham (Willimantic, CT) to meet the Whippets in a non-league test on Saturday, October 22. The Whippets come into the test with a record of 10-1. Windham won 7-2 in their recent non-league test against Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT)
