Texas High School Volleyball - New Boston can't hold off Atlanta

In Friday's league battle, the host Atlanta Rabbits volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the New Boston Lions.

The Rabbits (22-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hooks (Hooks, TX). The Hornets come into the 3A Region II District 14 battle with a 25-14 record. In their last battle, Hooks nudged Redwater (Redwater, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Lions encounter the De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX) in a 3A Region II District 14 battle, on Tuesday, October 25. New Boston will attempt to advance on its 19-12 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 8-30 record after their 3-0 league loss to Queen City (Queen City, TX).
