In Friday's league contest, the The Meadows School Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) volleyball squad knocked off the host Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Lake Mead Academy Eagles (Henderson, NV) in a 2A South contest, on Wednesday, October 26. The Meadows School will attempt to better on its 19-4 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 25-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Laughlin (Laughlin, NV).

With the loss, Needles drops to 7-11 on the campaign.
