The Gadsden Panthers volleyball team (Anthony, NM), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM)

The Trojans (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Organ Mountain defeated Centennial (Las Cruces, NM), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 24. Gadsden will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM).
