The crowd at Saturday's league test between the Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM) and the visiting Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM), saw Carlsbad's soccer squad get by Roswell by a count of 1-0.

The Cavemen now hold a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Hobbs for a 5A District 4 test on Tuesday, October 24. Carlsbad will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 19-0.

With the loss, Roswell drops to 9-10 on the season. The Coyotes host Clovis (Clovis, NM) to meet the Wildcats in a 5A District 4 test on Thursday, October 26. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 6-12. Clovis lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Hobbs (Hobbs, NM)
