The Mountain City Christian Academy Lions volleyball team (Anchorage, AK), was dropped 3-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Barrow Whalers (Utqiagvik, AK)

The Whalers (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethel (Bethel, AK). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 5-14 record. In their last challenge, Bethel was dropped by Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Seward Seahawks (Seward, AK) in a 3A Southcentral challenge, on Friday, October 27. Mountain City Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 20-25 season record. The Seahawks enter the challenge with a 16-21 record after their 1-1 non-league Palmer (Palmer, AK).
