The Fenwick Friars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Dundee-Crown Chargers to 0 in the Friars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Friars now possess a 7-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Park for a non-league game on Saturday, October 21. Fenwick will meet a Lancers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Lancers record now stands at 18-12.
The Chargers (15-20) will now prepare for their game against Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, Guilford defeated Harlem (Machesney Park, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
