The Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy Phoenix prevailed the host Putnam Clippers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Phoenix now have a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sports & Medical Sciences Academy for a non-league test on Monday, October 23. Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 9-8.
The Clippers (2-15) will now prepare for their test against Killingly (Killingly, CT). The Redmen enter the non-league test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Killingly gained a win over Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT), 3-1, in a non-league test.
