In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Logan/Palco volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Western Plains Bobcats.

The (13-24) will now prepare for their battle against Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS). The Thunderhawks come into the non-league battle with a 29-8 record. In their last battle, Wheatland-Grinnell was edged by Wallace County (Sharon Springs, KS), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
