The Tularosa Wildcats topped the host Mescalero Apache Chiefs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's league test.

The Wildcats now have a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lordsburg for a 2A District 3 test on Thursday, October 26. Tularosa will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM). The Mavericks record now stands at 6-9.

The Chiefs (1-16) will now prepare for their test against Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM). The Bears enter the 2A District 3 test with a 18-0 record. In their last test, Cloudcroft gained a win over Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM), 3-0, in a league test.
