Mesilla Valley Christian School SonBlazers (Las Cruces, NM) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Reserve Mountaineers (Reserve, NM), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the SonBlazers clash with the Magdalena Steers (Magdalena, NM) in a 1A District 2 match, on Tuesday, October 24. Mesilla Valley Christian School will attempt to advance on its 10-7 season record. The Steers come into the match with a 11-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Reserve (Reserve, NM).

With the loss, Reserve drops to 6-9 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Animas (Animas, NM) to clash with the Panthers in a 1A District 2 match on Friday, October 27.
