Legacy Tigers (South Gate, CA) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team tip the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA), 25-19 in a league battle.

With the win, Legacy improves its record to 8-7 on the season. The Tigers host Garfield (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Eastern battle on Monday, October 21. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 9-1. Garfield won 34-12 in their recent league battle against Bell (Bell, CA)

The Rough Riders now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Garfield for a Eastern battle on Friday, October 25. Roosevelt will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 44-18 league win over Legacy (South Gate, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-1.
