The Eldorado Golden Eagles soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Santa Fe Demons to 0 in the Golden Eagles league victory on Monday.
The Golden Eagles now hold a 14-3 record. They play next when they host Sandia for a 5A District 2 bout on Wednesday, October 23. Eldorado will play a Matadors squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Manzano (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors record now stands at 9-9.
With the loss, Santa Fe moves to 11-7 on the year. The Demons travel to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bears in a 5A District 2 bout on Wednesday, October 23. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 14-3. La Cueva won 10-0 in their recent league bout against Capital (Santa Fe, NM)
