Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Halifax County improves its record to 10-8 on the season.

The Hilltoppers now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. Glass will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Liberty (Bedford, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-16.
