The Highland Tech Rams soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Burns Bulldogs to 0 in the Rams league victory on Monday.

The Rams now hold a 13-1 record. They play next when they host Piedmont Community Charter for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 23. Highland Tech will play a Patriots squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Burns moves to 11-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC) to play the Gryphons in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A bout on Wednesday, October 23. The Gryphons go into the bout with a record of 15-3. Thomas Jefferson won 8-0 in their recent league bout against Bessemer City (Bessemer City, NC)
