Vance Charter Knights (Henderson, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Henderson Collegiate Pride (Henderson, NC), 8-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Vance Charter advances its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC) to clash with the Griffins in a Triangle North 1A test on Tuesday, October 22. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 5-12. Oxford Prep lost 6-1 in their recent league test against Voyager (Durham, NC)

The Pride now have a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Voyager for a Triangle North 1A test on Wednesday, October 23. Henderson Collegiate will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 10-2.
