In Monday's league outing, the host Triangle Math & Science Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Woods Charter Wolves.

The Tigers (9-5) will now prepare for their outing against Ascend Leadership (Sanford, NC). The Aviators go into the Central Tar Heel 1A outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Ascend Leadership by River Mill (Graham, NC), 3-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Wolves play the Clover Garden School Grizzlies (Burlington, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A outing, on Wednesday, October 23. Woods Charter will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Grizzlies go into the outing with a 9-8 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC).
