The Spartans now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Northwestern for a Prince George's County 4A bout on Wednesday, October 23. Laurel will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Bladensburg drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Parkdale (Riverdale, MD) to clash with the Panthers in a Prince George's County 4A bout on Wednesday, October 23. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 6-5.
