Illinois High School Volleyball - Mt. Olive over Bunker Hill

October 21, 2024: Mt. Olive, IL 62069

Fans at Monday's league contest between the Mt. Olive Wildcats (Mt. Olive, IL) and the visiting Bunker Hill Minutemen (Bunker Hill, IL), observed Mt. Olive's volleyball team top Bunker Hill by a tally of 2-0.

The Wildcats (9-20) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-City (Buffalo, IL). The Tornadoes enter the MSM contest with a 3-23 record. In their last contest, Tri-City was beaten by Edinburg (Edinburg, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Minutemen meet the Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 22. Bunker Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 4-22 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 6-24 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Jersey (Jerseyville, IL).
