The Fonda-Fultonville Valley Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Mechanicville Red Raiders to 0 in the Valley Hawks non-league triumph on Monday.

The Valley Hawks now have a 21-5 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons for a Section 2 Western - Northern outing on Tuesday, October 22.

With the loss, Mechanicville falls to 2-14 on the year. The Red raiders travel to Tamarac (Troy, NY) to meet the Bengals in a Section 2 Wasaren challenge on Wednesday, October 23.
