The Morgan City Tigers topped the visiting Hanson Memorial Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Tigers confront the South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA) in a Division II District 7 game, on Tuesday, October 22. Morgan City will attempt to advance on its 7-17 season record. The Gators go into the game with a 5-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to South Lafourche (Galliano, LA).

The Tigers (12-10) will now prepare for their game against Westgate (New Iberia, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 11-16 record. In their last game, Westgate was dropped by Comeaux (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
