In Monday's non-league match, the Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL) volleyball squad tipped the host Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Knights battle the Manual Rams (Peoria, IL) in a Big Twelve match, on Tuesday, October 22. Richwoods will attempt to move on its 13-11 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 0-20 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Galesburg (Galesburg, IL).
The Grey Ghosts (17-15) will now prepare for their match against Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sages enter the Illini Prairie match with a 20-13 record. In their last match, Monticello held off St. Teresa (Decatur, IL), 2-1, in a non-league match.
