The Redwood Valley Cardinals football squad scored 53 points and limited the visiting Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints to 16 in the Cardinals non-league win on Tuesday.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders (St. Cloud, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 25. Redwood Valley will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 63-0 non-league win over Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City (Grove City, MN).
With the defeat, Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg drops to 1-8 on the campaign.
