Triad Knights (Troy, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Jersey Panthers (Jerseyville, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Centralia (Centralia, IL). The Orphans enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Panthers meet the Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 22. Jersey will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL).
