The Staunton River Golden Eagles edged the host Northside Vikings volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Golden Eagles now possess a 3-9 record. They play next when they host William Byrd for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 23. Staunton River will play a Terriers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Terriers record now stands at 5-14.
With the loss, Northside drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Vikings host Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 23.
