The Bandys Trojans soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Bunker Hill Bears to 3 in the Trojans league victory on Tuesday.

The Trojans now hold a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Newton-Conover for a Western Foothills 4A/5A bout on Thursday, October 23. Bandys will face a Red Devils team coming off a 2-1 league win over Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Devils record now stands at 17-1.

The Bears (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Mustangs go into the Western Foothills 4A/5A challenge with a 14-4 record. In their last challenge, East Lincoln nudged North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 6-0, in a league challenge.
