The Ore City Rebels prevailed the visiting Big Sandy Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Rebels confront the Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX) in a 2A Region III District 18 bout, on Friday, October 24. Ore City will attempt to better on its 5-23 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 15-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pewitt (Omaha, TX).

With the loss, Big Sandy drops to 4-22 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hawkins (Hawkins, TX) to clash with the Hawks in a 2A Region III District 18 bout on Tuesday, October 28. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 11-14.
