California High School Volleyball - Leland over Evergreen Valley

The Leland Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Evergreen Valley Cougars to 0 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chargers now possess a 21-6 record. They play next when they host Branham for a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton outing on Friday, October 24. Leland will play a Bruins team coming off a 3-1 league win over Silver Creek (San Jose, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 14-15.

With the loss, Evergreen Valley drops to 16-12 on the campaign. The Cougars host Westmont (Campbell, CA) to clash with the Warriors in a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton outing on Thursday, October 23. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 14-15. Westmont lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA)
