Illinois High School Volleyball - Macomb can't hold off Mendon Unity

In Tuesday's non-league match, the Mendon Unity Mustangs (Mendon, IL) volleyball squad tipped the host Macomb Bombers (Macomb, IL), by a count of 2-1.

Coming up next, the Mustangs clash with the Illini West Chargers (Carthage, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 23. Mendon Unity will attempt to better on its 25-4 season record. The Chargers come into the bout with a 21-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Augusta Southeastern (Augusta, IL).

With the loss, Macomb drops to 18-12 on the campaign. The Bombers host Lincoln (Lincoln, IL) to battle the Railsplitters in a non-league match on Friday, October 24. The Railsplitters enter the match with a record of 16-14. Lincoln won 2-0 in their recent league match against Springfield Southeast (Springfield, IL)
