Texas High School Volleyball - Sam Rayburn tips Tom Bean

The Sam Rayburn Rebels volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Tom Bean Tomcats to 2 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now have a 4-17 record. They play next when they host Collinsville for a 2A Region II District 10 game on Friday, October 24. Sam Rayburn will face a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Tioga (Tioga, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 25-12.

The Tomcats (2-30) will now prepare for their game against Trenton (Trenton, TX). The Tigers go into the 2A Region II District 10 game with a 7-16 record. In their last outing, Trenton was nudged by Whitewright (Whitewright, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
