Texas High School Volleyball - Smithson Valley winner over Wagner

The Smithson Valley Rangers prevailed the host Wagner Thunderbirds volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Rangers confront the Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 game, on Friday, October 24. Smithson Valley will attempt to advance on its 26-14 season record. The Antlers enter the game with a 21-19 record after their 3-0 league win over Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX).

The Thunderbirds (1-30) will now prepare for their game against Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX). The Chargers enter the 5A Region IV District 26 game with a 25-7 record. In their last game, Boerne-Champion was dropped by New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX), 3-0, in a league bout.
