Michigan High School Volleyball - Stoney Creek over Troy

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Stoney Creek Cougars (Rochester Hills, MI) and the host Troy Colts (Troy, MI), observed Stoney Creek's volleyball team top Troy by a count of 3-0.

The Cougars (25-10) will now prepare for their contest against Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 15-12 record. In their last contest, Walled Lake Northern was knocked off by Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills, MI), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Colts battle the Athens Red Hawks (Troy, MI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 23. Troy will attempt to improve on its 1-30 season record. The Red Hawks go into the battle with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Farmington (Farmington, MI).
