    The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Jay Mustangs (San Antonio, TX), observed Brennan's football squad bounce Jay by a count of 69-6.

    The Bears now own a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Holmes for a 6A Region IV District 29 contest on Thursday, October 28. Brennan will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 38-21 league win over Warren (San Antonio, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 5-3.

    Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Stevens Falcons (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 contest, on Saturday, October 30. Jay will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 0-8 record after their 34-7 league loss to O'Connor (Helotes, TX).
