Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Matadors confront the Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 24. Sandia will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM).
The Mustangs now possess a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they host Eldorado for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 24. West Mesa will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 1-0 league win over La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 11-1.
