Massachusetts High School Soccer - Taunton held off by Durfee

The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) and the visiting Taunton Tigers (Taunton, MA), saw Durfee's soccer squad get by Taunton by a count of 2-1.
The Hilltoppers now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgewater-Raynham for a Big Three test on Tuesday, October 25. Durfee will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Attleboro (Attleboro, MA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-11.
With the loss, Taunton drops to 2-10 on the season. The Tigers host Milford (Milford, MA) to meet the Hawks in a Hockomock test on Monday, October 24. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 10-5. Milford won 1-0 in their recent league test against King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA)
