Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA) and the host Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA), witnessed Kennesaw Mountain's softball squad tip Mill Creek by a count of 3-1.
The Mustangs now sport a 22-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hillgrove for a non-league match on Wednesday, October 26. Kennesaw Mountain will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Colquitt County (Norman Park, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 12-16.
With the loss, Mill Creek moves to 20-11 on the season.
