In Saturday's non-league contest, the Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Eagles face the Hayesville Yellowjackets (Hayesville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 25. Uwharrie Charter will attempt to better on its 15-7 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the contest with a 13-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC).

With the loss, Eastern Randolph moves to 5-14 on the year.
