Texas High School Volleyball - Estacado over Sweetwater

Estacado Matadors (Lubbock, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Matadors clash with the Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 match, on Tuesday, October 25. Estacado will attempt to advance on its 11-21 season record. The Steers come into the match with a 13-21 record after their 3-1 league loss to Levelland (Levelland, TX).

With the loss, Sweetwater drops to 3-24 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lake View (San Angelo, TX) to clash with the Chiefs in a 4A Region I District 5 match on Tuesday, October 25. The Chiefs come into the match with a record of 16-13. Lake View won 3-0 in their recent league match against Snyder (Snyder, TX)
