Alaska High School Volleyball - Kenai Central can't hold off West Anchorage

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting West Anchorage Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Kenai Central Kardinals.
The Eagles (34-9) will now prepare for their battle against Dimond (Anchorage, AK). The Lynx come into the non-league battle with a 30-6 record. In their last battle, Dimond nudged Juneau-Douglas (Juneau, AK), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Kardinals clash with the Chugiak Mustangs (Chugiak, AK) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 22. Kenai Central will attempt to advance on its 35-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 19-14 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Seward (Seward, AK).
