Alaska High School Volleyball - Unalaska can't hold off Sand Point

In Sunday's non-league battle, the host Sand Point Eagles/Lady Eagles volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Unalaska Raiders.
The Eagles/Lady Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against King Cove (King Cove, AK). The T-Jacks and Rookies come into the 2A Southwest battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, King Cove was edged by Petersburg (Petersburg, AK), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Raiders clash with the Susitna Valley Rams (Talkeetna, AK) in a 2A Borealis battle, on Thursday, October 26. Unalaska will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 8-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Healy, AK).
