The La Cueva Bears topped the host Manzano Monarchs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bears confront the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 24. La Cueva will attempt to advance on its 12-2 season record. The Matadors go into the game with a 7-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM).
The Monarchs (4-9) will now prepare for their game against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Eldorado gained a win over Capital (Santa Fe, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
