In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Moriarty Pintos soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes.

The Pintos (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers go into the 4A District 2 outing with a 4-10 record. In their last outing, Taos was overwhelmed by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 9-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Elks/Elkettes play the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a 4A District 2 outing, on Thursday, October 24. Pojoaque Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-16 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the outing with a 12-5 record after their 9-0 league win over Taos (Taos, NM).
