The Lake Norman Wildcats soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting South Iredell Vikings to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 12-4 record. They play next when they host Mooresville for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 24. Lake Norman will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, South Iredell moves to 8-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Cox Mill (Concord, NC) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 24. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Cox Mill lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC)
